Refund requests may be considered only in situations where a project has not yet started, a duplicate payment was made in error, or Rankelixy is unable to provide the agreed service. If a cancellation request is approved before significant work has been completed, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds will not be provided for completed deliverables, approved designs, executed marketing campaigns, or delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, feedback, or materials. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
